Great spec, the 1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK is a very good hard drive.
The i5 would be fine for gaming though and 1600MHz ram would be more than adequate.

You could go with the i5-3570 if it's just for gaming and you're not going to be overclocking.
Also the triple copper heat pipe would be sufficient cooling for your build.

ok iv been told about the i5-3570k, il go with that. I would actually prefer to overclock, is it ok for me to do so on the system and would it stay cool?. whats the Tripple copper pipe may i ask?

If planning on overclocking, keep the cooler you have.
The triple copper heat pipe cooler would be fine if not overclocking.

Yeah I agree, wasn't sure whether you were going to be overclocking so I'd stick with that cooler.

Hi,

Generally you wouldn't need to overclock your CPU to improve gaming performance. All the work is done on the graphics card(s). A lot of graphic intensive games won't use much more than a couple of cores of your CPU. The standard i5 3570 is what most people tend to buy and they spend the extra few £s on something else.

You can get PCS to overclock the system for you. That way, the overclocked CPU will be covered by the warranty, which it otherwise might not be.

Best to leave it for a few months then try again if you can't afford to pay straight up. I was declined on finance a few months ago despite having a pretty good credit score. Not too keen on the company PCS use. So I've just been saving up since then. Time goes quicker than you think.

ah well nevermind, guess il have to save up. I am abit worried tho if they have took any money out of my account. i got a email saying - The initial payment you made of £140.00 has been aborted and your card has not been charged. So that means it hasn't been removed from my account what so ever?

The money will not have been removed from your account but that 140 will probably be marked as reserved in your account, so may not be use-able for a few days until your bank are certain that the money although requested isn't actually being taken.
