Adding an SSD

Hi

I have a SkyFire IV 14", with a 500gb 7200rpm WD scorpio HDD, with no secondary HDD or SSD, and no dvd drive.

How would I go about adding an SSD to use alongside my HDD? (I'd put windows on the SSD and files on the HDD)

What type of SSD would I have to buy? How would I add it in?

The SkyFire can only hold one 2.5" drive unless you remove the optical drive and get a caddy for the ssd to go in there. I would highly recommend the Samsung 840 evo as they're good price and one of the fastest. You'll need at least 120gb for os and programs.
