Advice on a new laptop to replace desktop

I purchased a desktop from PC Specialist a few years ago (never had any issues with it) and now looking for a similar workhorse laptop to basically replace it. Not too bothered about storage (got plenty of that with my desktop), but want recommendations on processor, memory and graphics. It will be used for general home/office use (working from home), and for hobbies which are using Adobe Software - Lightroom, Photoshop and also use GoPro Quik software so need to be suitable for video editing, 4k videos etc.

What's you maximum budget?

For any use like this, in a laptop you just get the highest specs you can afford as it's not upgradeable, so that will extend the lifetime of the build.
