hi i have a question regarding the AeroCool X-Predator Evil Black Full Tower Gaming Case i was looking at the case again and i noticed on the 4 side fans and the orange led fan is says (optional)
and on the 2 main fans said (included) i didnt get a option to pick if i wanted those fans assuming when u buy a case for £110 you get the fans by default so just wondering if my case when it arrives will be equipped with all the (optional) fans .thanks in advanced;D

hey,

when ya buy a case, ya case will come with the "included fans" depending on the model and manufacturer. The optional fans are empty fan slots where you can install a fan, either yourself or ask PCS very very nicely if you can send some fans and if they will install them for you.

If you purchase the fan controller, pcs will install up to 5 120mm case fans in the case, but I don't know the specifics of said fans, so if you want this, you should contact pcs before buying.

hi , ive already purchased the computer just wondering if the fans are needed the specs are 16 gb ram 2 tb hd 2gb gtx 560 i7 3770k 3.5 ghz feeling a bit riped off since i was buying the case for the purpose of the side fans that light up and would of thought a 110 pound case comes with fans but anyway do i need the fans and if so how much extra would i have to pay to get them added on

You could by your own fans and add them or if you can send your own fans to PCS to install for your. If you purchase the 1st fan controller on sale from PCS it should make PCS add 3 extra fans to the case.

just wondering if the fans are needed
The fans would help to reduce the temperatures slightly but they are not essential.
feeling a bit riped off since i was buying the case for the purpose of the side fans that light up and would of thought a 110 pound case comes with fans
I wouldn't say it is a rip off, price of the case is £109 (similar to Amazon) and the website indicates Please note that all images are for illustrative purposes only and the actual product may vary slightly. Please refer to the description for the exact specification of what is included., the side panel fans are indicated as optional.
how much extra would i have to pay to get them added on
If you want to get the orange led side panel fans you would need to purchase them separately (4 of them) and send them to PCS, I am sure they will fit them for you at no extra charge. Each fan should be less than £10, make sure you get the correct size (120mm).

yes i looked at amazon as well and they advertise it as Aerocool X-Predator Evil Full Tower Gaming Case with No PSU and Orange LED Fans - Black my point is it wasn't very clear on PCS website being as they didnt label it correctly the info that its optional is at the bottom in small font and even after purchase when i look at the order mentioned nothing about no psu or led lights. its blatant false advertisement and im pretty ****ed off since i forked out 70 extra for a good case and they would make me pay 5 pound extra 2 amend and from reading peoples experience once they amend there computer will take ages to arrive .

I dont understand what you are saying? you can see on the site information about the case what fans come with it - http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/pc-images/2926/

Also this is standard for that case, have you researched into your choice of case using the manufacturers website? http://www.aerocool.com.tw/index.php/products/chassis/28-pgsb/110-xpredator-evil-black

I understand you are frustrated and all I can advice is for you to contact PCS and express your concerns. I don't think there is false advertisement, the manufacturer's website also includes the same information.

my honest opinion is, that you should have done prior research before choosing your case.

Ya do have a very good customisable case,so take some time have a look on overclock.net, there will be thread for your case, ya may get some good ideas for showing how you could customise it your own liking.

Its actually very rare that manufacturers release case with all of the fans provided, if it was so, I would assume the fans would be of low quality and the price for the case high.

optional means you can add them yourself, or if you could ask if you can supply the fans and pcs install them for you.
