Alternative app for Control center

Hi everyone, I recently bought a Proteus VII that comes with control center 1.0.0.12 and it doesn't allow me to tweak a lot. Actually, I just want to have control of the fans and the CPU voltage as I heard it can help to reduce the CPU temperature. I use this laptop also to produce music and these kinds of software don't take a lot of resources but the fans are always on with a low background noise. I know that the Proteus is a Quanta pc and I can't update the control center to a newer version (is it right?), so I was guessing if there is an alternative program that can manage all of these kinds of settings. Thank you

I actually don't know this chassis, but assuming the CPU is a 9-gen intel, you could research about an app called throttlestop, as it will help you with undervolting and under/over clocking. There's plenty of reviews and tutorials if you search about it on google and youtube.

I just don't know if it works together with control center, as throttlestop won't help you with fan control.

You can also use Intel XTU if it's an intel CPU.

Thank you for all your answers, but the Proteus VII comes with a 10-gen processor (i7-10875) and I was reading Intel disable undervolting for that chips. Indeed, even with Intel XTU I can't do a lot :( Most of the settings are in grey (disabled). Also in the Quanta website (as it mounts a Quanta motherboard) there are no software to download

You have to run the program as administrator.

It doesn't work, but throttlestop seems to do its job instead. Probably I solved one problem, but concerning the fans I probably need to look further, thanks anyway
