Am i wasting money anywhere?

Hi, looking for some help with my build. It will mostly be used for gaming but also used for things like video editing, work and multitasking. I use a 1440p ultra wide alienware monitor and have my 2nd monitor on a 4k tv. I currently have a rtx 2080 ti graphics card but hope to upgrade at some point if 3080s ever become available again (lol). Not sure what motherboard/cpu cooler im needing without over spending. Any help or suggested changes would be appreciated. Thanks
