You should be able to seal the code from Amazon Prime gaming, then you can access that at any time and paste the code into Origin at your own convenience when you're back.
Or alternatively, you can log into the origin website here: https://www.origin.com/gbr/en-us
Log in, then go to your account in the bottom left and to "EA Account and Billing"
Then go to "Redeem Product Code" on the left hand bar and enter the code that Amazon Prime gives you. That will then tie it to your account.

Got mine but was only available through the web https://gaming.amazon.com/home not the app, and only appeared mid morning.
A few of the other games have appeared for me just now, so may be staggered or time-zone dependant...could be region-restricted as well though
