yo guys

Im finally back on the forums lol

I was going to finally order my PC in August and when I was about to order I had to cancel because of money problems. I am getting back on track but I have to save some money for surgery I might need for my knees.

I want to get a PC for christmas and Im not really aiming high anymore, Im mainly going to be playing Anno games and some total war games. I only ask for one thing in the PC, that kick ass corsair 600T case ! To save money I just want an AMD graphics card able of, hopefully, maxing or running on high on shogun 2, empire. I need speakers,mouse and keyboard - doesn't need to be expensive aslong as it does the job. I'll get a monitor from somewhere else. Hoping for an i5 intel CPU.

I'll put up a spec just a starter and see what others suggest.

Its what I was originally going for but it cant be too bad. I noticed more money is available to spend if I go for the coolermaster storm trooper, which a kick ass case also.

Looks very decent, you don't need a huge PSU with Ivy Bridge processors, I would downgrade to a 650W Corsair. ; )

The other change I'd say is go for 1600mhz memory because that is the native speed of the chip's memory controller. It's also about the same price or even cheaper than 1333mhz memory.

If nothing else Liam you must get the award for longest serving forum member that has yet to order a rig! (not counting staff of course...I mean PC pay so badly I doubt they could afford one anyway).

Ok, granted, its not a Nobel Prize, or even a 1500m swimming badge (hey, it was hard when you did it!), but rest assured that when you do finally get to pull the trigger, and when the associated bullet arrives at your door, the feeling of elation will surpass any other PCS PC owner...ever!
