Annoying Bluetooth pairing requests

Just recently every time i boot the laptop i get a pairing request from it on my phone, anyone any ideas

No, not done anything it just started happening out of the blue

Check on your phone Bluetooth entries for one for the PC, likewise check on the PC for the phone.

If you have MyPhone app signed in on the PC that will likely create requests.

Well I seem to have sorted this, I deactivated the my phone app, was still getting them, checked on laptop & it said the phone was paired with it, looked on the phone and laptop wasn't in the paired list, but was in the available list, so tried pairing with it with no joy, so then i unpaired from laptop end & repaired them & all now seems good

its Android, an LG V50 running Android 10, got it for another few months then unfortunately I'll have to go back to samsung...........

Android has a much deeper connection to windows MyPhone than IOS.

I'm considering moving back to android on my next phone. Bored of IOS, want to play with a foldable.

That's the nice thing about this LG V50, its duel screen, and when i upgrade in a couple of months I'll be going for the samsung Z fold2 5G as I've got so used to using 2 screens

That's the one I'm looking at as well. I can't upgrade until July, but apparently the Fold 3 may be released around then.

I’ve still got 10 months on my contract... I’m just jealous at you potential early adopters doing your early adopting.
