Any comments before I buy - my new spec

I want my next computer to last me a LONG time like my last one did (about 8-9 yrs), so I've spec'd this for use with games, video and photo editing and the usual office stuff. I intend to upgrade in the future things like the processor, graphics card and add more RAM so think will fit the bill.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Cheers.

What you have come up with so far is good but since you wanted it to last then i would like to point some adjustments to make but firstly, you picked and overclocked machine and an overclocked system will drain its lifespan quicker so i would pick the non overclocked version since its casual gaming along with general use and editing as the overclocked system will not benefit you on those this very much. These are what i would changed, its not much of a price drop but you wanted quality of lasting so these what i would consider changing:

CPU - Changed it to the normal "i5 2500" as the K version is the overclocked version.

Motherboard - Change it to the sabertooth as it will provide a better life in your system as the Pro is very similar the sabertooth but the sabertooth has a better quality build and cooling which will last longer than the PRO motherboard.

RAM - drop it down to the 8gb 1333Mhz as 1600Mhz is not very much noticable when your gaming or doing general use since its mainly used for intense runs or overclocks as 1333Mhz is smooth to run the pc already.

Those are the things worth considering if you want your pc to last you some long years. but if you want to save more then just let say the word and I or the members will come up with something else :)

As for everything else, its good.

Teaz has made some very good suggestions, especially in regards to the overclock. If you want the PC to last upto 8/9 years then don't overclock it, simple as that. I will also point out that although SSDs are fast, quiet & reliable, the lifetime of the product is in fact considerably less than a normal mechanical HDD. I'd recommend you to ditch the SSD and get a WD Caviar Black.

Many thanks for your time and comment Teaz & Meds, I didn't realise my spec for performance was at the cost of longevity, your advice is very welcome & I shall be revising my spec, kind regards, I
