Anyone rocking an 880m yet?

Just seeing if anyone has used one yet, my Vortex IV should be on it's way tomorrow with one fitted

I'm in the same boat as you, ordered mine last week. The wait is killing me! Post a review when you get it! What size Vortex you go for?

I'm the same, ordered my laptop a couple of weeks ago, still in pre-production...the wait is tense! went for the 17.3" Vortex IV with 880m, been lining up games to throw at it and bought a Plantronics Gamecom 780 7.1 surround sound headset to accompany it! Let me know how you guys get on :)

Going for the 17" one, currently got my PC in the conservatory so can't see the screen most of the time, so a big screen laptop should do nicely in my lounge!
I've been told mine is being dispatched tomorrow but we shall see!

Out of curiosity how many working days was it from ordering to dispatch? I read your other post saying that the vortex IV chassis for the 880m is different from the normal one, and was wondering if it had affected your lead time. My other gaming laptop was nicked off a train, so I'm counting down the days until it arrives (much like everyone else on the site, hehe). It'll be interesting to see how the card performs as the drivers to support it are updated in the coming months. Even more interesting to see how it matches up to the new Maxwell architecture cards!

Well, its been going on a while. I returned my Optimus V and changed for a Vortex IV, and it was supposed to be dispatched last week as had an email on the 11th from PCS support saying it was on test and will be dispatched in the next couple of days
It's now the 22nd and i still hadn't heard anything so rang up, and now its apparently on test now and out for dispatch tomorrow...
