asus bios memory frequency

Hi there updated my bios recently , and managed to get the ram set up to its rated speed of 3200mhz, enabling docp and setting the profile speed for my ram , so all good, Just a question out of interest if possible.

In the ram frequency options in the bios asuus tuf mb , there is a list of different ram speed options, if i wanted to try a little oc, would i just select one of these at a higher rating that my 3200hz rated ram and try it ? and this would set a new ram profile ?

ahh ok thanks for the heads up, will leave it set at 3200. Thank you, had the pc two years now, so yep updated the bios,
