As far as I understand it, it has speaker compatibility. As for being supplied with a speaker, that is becoming increasingly rare in the PC market.
It’s the sort of thing that would come with a bog standard office computer that’s bought en masse, the only speaker you’re likely to get included on any boutique build is the little one that supplies the startup error beeps.
