Auxiliary Power

Does PCS supply any form of auxiliary power. I was hoping for someting like a charge up power pack which I could plug in while on my travels. The onboard battery life is not great at just about 80 minutes so a device to boost it would be useful and preferably something smaller than the supplied breeze-block mains adapter which I use at home.

The connector from the 330w adapter is a female four holer inside a circular metal sleeve with a locating dink in it. Is there a name for this type of connector?

Thanks in advance,

That's not really a machine for mobile working, it's a portable desktop replacement which is meant to be moved from one location to another and not used much in between those locations.

A portable battery pack for that level of laptop would probably be no smaller than your power brick (and USB-C based) - so the included power supply is probably a more portable option.

Not sure if that is your case, but some PCS laptops/DTRs don't require screws to secure the battery in place, which means that you could carry 2 or 3 batteries and quickly replace when needed. But as @TonyCarter said, if you need lots of battery time, DTRs are not suitable for that (have one myself).
