Biometric Scanner on Octane 15'6

Hi,

I just got my new laptop but had to reinstall windows to accommodate an SSD which I put in myself. My laptop came with all the necessary drivers except the ones for the biometric scanner. I can't find the make or name of the scanner and was wondering did anyone know?

Have you checked the downloads section for your order?

If you log into the main site (not the forums) you should see a menu in the left hand column titled "tech support" which has an item called "Download". This will take you to a page listing your order(s) with links to either Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 Drivers.

You should find all drivers for your Octane there - I would have thought they were on the supplied driver disc though and if they're not I guess they might not be in the downloads section either.
