Hi guys,

Second time this crash has occured. First time was about a week ago. Both times while gaming, my laptop crashes and says "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, we're just collecting some error info and we'll restart for you".
If you want to know more you can search online for IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Does anyone know what might be the cause for this crash and how I can fix it? Haven't found any reliable information online.

Thank you!

That BSOD is almost always a driver problem. Have you updated drivers recently? If it's happening whilst gaming it's most likely the NVIDIA driver. If you visit the NVIDIA driver download site here you can get the latest driver for your card. See whether that helps?

Thank you for the quick reply! I am currently using the latest NVIDIA Driver(I update it as soon as the control panel gives me a notification). Do you know if there's any reliable software that would check currently installed drivers and install the latest ones? In case it's something related to the chipset etc.

You need to manually update your drivers from the manufacturers sites. There is no software in existence that reliably updates drivers, even the ones provided by intel and others often download the wrong driver.

Go to the clevo site at www.clevo.com.tw and your model is Clevo P751DM2-G if 15" or Clevo P775DM3-G if 17"

I also don't recommend that you use any third party driver update tools, they're like a box of chocolates - you never know what your going to get!

Updating to the very latest driver is not always wise. You really only need to update a driver if you're having issues with the device or if you need a new feature provided by the latest driver. Also newer drivers (like any new software) might be buggier than older drivers.

Check that the Intel on-board GPU driver is up to date, if it is then try downgrading the NVIDIA driver to a slightly earlier version to see whether that stops the BSOD (many users find this is the best solution).
