Having a few little problems with this laptop :(...another one that has cropped up is the BSOD seen in 3 times in the last 24 hours. Uploaded a picture if anyone could tell me what it is? Im thinking it maybe caused by the USB 3.0 port as i think something has been plugged in every time it has happened....Anyone also maybe point me in the right direction for the Bluetooth driver for the Intel 6230...the device manager still doesn't recognise the driver and shows an ! next to 'PCI communications controller' - this is the Bluetooth.

Thanks :)

having trouble uploading the picture soo...

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP 0X000000D1

NETwNs64.sys

this the information needed?

Nope was this one : http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...pplications &OSFullname=Windows+7,+64-bit*eng

It installed but wont pick up the bluetooth device - its called 'PCI simple communications controller' in device manager but when installing the driver it still appeared there with nothing else installed..There is no button to turn the bluetooth on either on the laptop as i know someone had a problem getting bluetooth to work but this was due to not finding the button.

The BSOD is a different problem i think and i believe it's due to the usb 3.0 port but cannot confirm this...

I think it's your network card, if the driver installed I'd just wait and see if it BSOD's again. Don't worry about it not recognising, yet.
If it still BSOD's I recommend a full and clean install of the driver (Deleting it and installing new one after etc)
Other than that, you can ring up PCS and they'll sort it.

Well time to play the waiting game I guess, you said the first attempt it installed ok, correct?
If so, wait and see if you BSOD again.

yeh i think so :/ so you think the BSOD is down to the bluetooth/wireless driver?

uninstalled it with a program and deleted the files/registry files, think i should reinstall it again?

Well so long as it installed, like I said, play the waiting game. It just might have worked. :turned:

Im still having the same issues with getting the bluetooth to work at all. When i try to install the drivers it tells me to connect a bluetooth reciever, so i dont think it recognizes the card inside the system.

Also i do think there is a problem with the USB 3.0 port as i have had a few problems when anything has been plugged in to it. All repeats of the one in my other thread.

I have also just bought an enigma III 520, and I can't get the Bluetooth to work either. I have tried a few different drivers and none of them seems to work. I have no errors in the device manager, its like there just isn't on in the computer!
