Bluescreen Error

Hey guys, I have a friend of mine, he just got his pc 3 days ago from you and he got Bluescreen memory dump. Any suggestions ?

Bluescreens happen rather a lot on computers, most of the time its software or driver incompatibility so nothing to worry about. Just let them know that they should keep tabs on this incase it happens more frequently. Then it could be hardware, but still, likely to be software / driver and an update or system rollback will resolve it.

I told him to update windows will solve his prob but he has no Activation key for windows lol! i will Check his pc later and i will let you know if something's goin wrong.

Tell him to look on the back of the PC for a Windows sticker, the key should be on there (presuming he ordered the PC with an OS).

ye if its OEM it will have a sticker, if not, it will be on the disc box somewhere

well he ordered it without windows ! so i guess there is no cd key for his windows!

If he's installed his own version of Windows and it's not a genuine version - we cannot support him for Bluescreen crashes.

Well he didnt install his own version of windows.. you installed it! it was trial (30 days) but i found a crack and genuine it! anyhow his gpu wanted update.. fixed it
