Bluetooth Dongle doesn’t work

I have Nexa 630 PC and I have been trying to connect a new Dualsense controller to it the device manager says the Bluetooth driver has an error I tried it fix it but the error always comes back, I even tried to delete the Bluetooth driver from the device manager it disappeared for one second and comes back with an error that’s when I knew there a hardware issue with my PC.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I have brought a Nexa 630 a couple of weeks ago, it stated that included Bluetooth 5.3 but it was not working with my Dualsense Controller, I tested it out with the Steam Link through My IPhone and it worked, I do not know where the Bluetooth is located on the PC desktop to fix it or to replace with a new one. Can someone please help? Is it below the graphics card (photo included)

You've already posted this here and we've advised 3 times on how to register the system, until you've done that we can't offer any support.

Without registering we can’t see the whole list of components, so we cant tell if it has built in WiFi/bluetooth on the motherboard, or whether an add-in card was fitted, or whether there‘s anything provided at all,

The answer to this could help us to diagnose the issue as we’d know where to start looking, as there’s no point directing you to the motherboard software if it’s an add-in care, and vice versa.

However, my Xbox controller will not connect following the normal process (i.e. using the listed option to connect a controller in the Bluetooth options), and I have to select ‘other device’ (or something, as I’m not with my computer at the moment)
