Hey.
I have asked for sales advice on these forums before but never technical so I'm hoping to get someone help regarding the Bluetooth on a laptop I purchased from here last year.
My sony wh-1000xm4 disconnect from the laptop every 15-20 minutes and the only thing I can do to resolve it is to turn the headphones on and off which isn't ideal.
A Google search tells me this is common and the issue lies within the Bluetooth device - mine is Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth? Uh, tech talk.
The advice was to buy a dongle so for the sake of a couple of quid, I decided to buy the TP-Link UB400
Anyway.. I can only get this to work if the Intel Wireless Bluetooth is turned OFF completely - as in, the driver disabled.
Am I right to assume you cannot run BOTH together?
Any help appreciated. They are a £300 set of headphones so would like to find a solution.
Cheers
