Brand new computer - Network Card has error in Device Manager

Hi,

Network card drivers don't appear to have been installed properly. It doesn't recognise an ethernet cable and it has a yellow exclamation mark under "other devices - Ethernet controller (and USB controller too)" on the device manager.

I can't tell what network card has been used, as it doesn't say on the build I ordered - but it's the standard one. Therefore I can't manually install drivers.

Any advice?
