Hi,
I am getting frequent BDOS events. This can happen at anytime and does not appear to be linked to any app or game I am using.
All drivers are up to date and windows 11 is also up to date.

The cooler is nowhere near suitable for the CPU, and the PSU is far too low also.

I'm not really surprised it's unstable.

You can check thermals by applying a 100% load with Prime95 and have HWMonitor open and take readings after 10 minutes WHILE THE STRESS TEST IS STILL RUNNING

Did you clean install windows after you'd used the driver updater previously?

If you want to update your BIOS it’s best to get specific instructions from PCS otherwise you may invalidate your warranty.

I have run the test and the CPU temps were up to 100 degrees.
I do not use any driver update software since doing a clean install.
What cooler spec would you recommend?

You’d need an H115 or H150i on that CPU, but the case can only support an H115i mounted on the front.

What process did you go through to clean install?

I downloaded windows 11 from Microsoft and and re-installed after completely removing every thing from my PC, so it was a completely clean install
Ok, I'd suspect it hasn't actually been clean installed as you aren't able to outline what process you did.

I would address the cooling and PSU, then clean install.
