Well this spec will get you good performance on a 1080p monitor. I’d ideally have the 1660 Super in there but that was a bit too much over the budget...

Have you got a window license you can carry over from another device? If so that brings you inline with a better suited system? If not, we can get one with the 1660 Super, but it would take you about £60 over budget.

Firstly, dont overclock a AMD CPU, they have built in overclocking and adding your own is likely to give worse performance and slower speeds than its own veriable built in overclocking

Secondly, the 450 motherboard is a dead end, unless budget wont allow anything but bottom spec take the 550 as a minimum.

PSU would be better if it were 650w or 750w to allow proper headroom and future upgrades ~(also the CV PSUs arent great...the TMx or RMx are much better)

Case is a poor choice, wouldnt take any of the PCS cases to be honest

RAM should be 3600MHz with a AMD CPU, they work much better with higher speeds, 3200MHz or 3600MHz (with 3600MHz being tthe better choice)

Unless you are planning on only using a LAN connection, the AX200 WiFi is a very good choice, even if only using LAN the AX200 also gives you bluetooth.

A much better starting point would be to give a budget, what it needs to include (monitors, keyboard etc)
If you have an old system you can salvage bit from (possibly including Win 10 to save a new licence) and what you plan to use it for.

I would strongly advise against gimping the rest of the system in order to fit in a GPU that's way over what you require. The 2060, no matter which way you slice it, is a very poor choice right now. The below spec is very high end other than the GPU. It won't push over 100fps but what it does offer is a base system that you can plug any 3000 series GPU into and have anything from 1080p to 4k gaming depending on the budget. It makes FAR more sense to buy a better house without the central heating system in it than it does to buy a cardboard box with the latest and greatest storage heater.
