I would STROngly recommend getting some advice, that’s a really poorly specced build for any use.

The case is no where near suitable for the components and will lead to throttling.

The CPU is awfully poor, last generation and hugely expensive for weaker performance.

It’s a redundant X299 platform that has zero upgradeability.

Extremely slow RAM that will be a bottleneck

Weak and small PSU that isn’t suitable and prevents any upgrades

Cooler isn’t appropriate for the cpu

Basically the whole build doesn’t fit well together at all for any use.

This build needs a lot of help, I'm not sure what you mean by them only having Intel stock they keep stock of both CPU's and have a steady stream of supply. CPU lead times isn't much of an issue anymore it's the GPU where the delays are really taking affect

Can I ask what your budget is, what monitor you'll be using and what the computer will be used for and we can help you get something much better for your money?

What do you mean? There’s no issues with AMD stocks, almost everyone is buying AMD because they’re years ahead of intel for the same cost.

I would strongly recommend getting an AMD build together and calling up and asking if you can switch to it.

I can’t stress enough that what you’ve ordered isn’t going to be good at all.

Sure! I’m using a HP monitor atm, and usage will be split between photoshop for work & streaming/gaming as a hobby.

I initially paid just over £2k, but my budget is £2.5 if that helps?

Also re: the CPU, I just replied below but I can’t seem to see the AMD as an option when amending the order!

With that kind of budget you could go for a monster like this, I went for the higher end CPU simply because you had an i9 but I'm not entirely sure you need it? You still haven't told us what the build will be used for but the below is what you should be looking for in that price range
