Business Days vs Calendar Days

Hi,

My recommendation for the website (and the business in general) would be to lose the notion of 'Business Days' totally. It can cause confusion and to be honest, as a customer, the only time-frame we're interested in is Calendar Days. If I see somewhere that it will take 10 days to do <whatever> then this means to me it will take about a week and a half, not two weeks.
I just think that today, where online business is typically 24/7 it's the standard. Or to put it another way, would you upset anyone by changing from business days to calendar days? Are there any downsides to adopting this approach? Obviously a small change to the estimated delivery times on the front-end will be required but I think the advantages outweigh any negatives.

I like the transparency on your site, you've laid things out very nicely as to how the process of purchasing from yourself works, it was one of the reasons why I've decided to order from you - this would improve on that in my opinion.

Kind Regards,

Matt
