so here is the conf im about to buy... any considerations about performance and cooling system?
also how many video outputs does it have (useing for VJ-ng and video renderings) also useing it for 3D live rendering for Lighting like Capture, wysywig and so on..
how long should be considered battery life and will it have some power problems since its made out of PC components and not laptop ones..
and also overall rateing for speccs, would u buy it .. since it comes to me at price 2,4k

I bought one a few weeks ago with the same specs as yours - it is insanely fast and powerful, battery life - i havent tried but it will be short (maybe and hour or 2 under heavy load), it blows out heat underload like a hairdryer
I bought mine for gaming - it eats every game at max settings and gives easily over 100 - 300 fps - GTA V, DOOM, BF 1, COD, Destiny 2 - they all run sweet, maxxed out!

I did alot of reading on the latest laptops from ALL other brands - to find out about future upgradeability - they all either had soldered on graphics chips or CPU's, especially the slim ones
This one however..... is able to have the GPU and CPU pulled for an upgrade if required in a few years and also has space for another M2 and hard drive - so its a defo WIN/WIN

I cant fault this machine so far apart from fan noise - when you have this much power, some things are acceptable and this can be countered with a decent headset

How are the temps? I know 6th series 6700k out of the box was going 100 C...did cooling system evolved?
Thank You.

It didn't for everyone - it was quite hot of course but it was the 7700k that really seemed to made the chassis struggle more.

A popular approach for the 6700k, 7700k, and probably the 8700k has been undervolting. Some people even reported the laptop arriving pre-undervolted, though I'm not sure if that's something PCS routinely do.
