okay so I am making the switch from console to PC gaming... all I want is a pc capable of beating the PS4 and X1 graphics for the duration of there lifecycles let's say for 3-4 years maybe 5 at a push.... I have a budget of £850 max I don't need any accessories like speakers, monitor etc as I am using my 32 inch tv. I would also like the wattage output as low as possible as I don't want my electric bill too sky rocket. thanks a lot i look forward to reading your replys.

what about the power wattage output? I mean sometimes I can have a gaming session for like 3 or 4 hours at a time if I have a free day.. will It spike my electricity bill?

It's pretty difficult to estimate how much it will cost to run a proposed PC system, reason being prices of servers vary, and it's not really based anymore on a straight KWH (kilowatt per hour) basis.
As far as I can figure, the average in the UK is around 15p per KWH (stand to be corrected on that),so with a 550W PSU it will roughly be around 8p per hour max,but keep in mind you won't be running on full power for most of the time,so it will most likely be a bit less than that.
There are plug in monitors you can purchase to get the exact amount an appliance is using, but obviously that's onle effective after buying the goods.
Having said that,I would go with Keynes spec apart from upgrading the HDD to a 1TB Caviar Black for another £11,still keeping you within budget and or upgrading the motherboard to give you more scope for upgrades/additions in future.
