Does anybody know the latest point at which an order can be cancelled for a full refund without incurring any fees?

14 Days after receiving the goods.
Although it has been mentioned a couple times this does not apply to custom builds but I can not see anything in the terms of service to say this.

Although if you are still in pre-production and not started building then that is the best time.
