When I attempt to install them, after I reboot I get stuck on the starting windows screen and have to do a system restore

Was there anything wrong with the previous drivers you had installed?
If not were you installing brand new drivers - if so it's possible there's something iffy with them and an update will come soon - and if that's the case stay with the older drivers for a bit.

Given you ordered your PC with an OS (I got this info from a thread you posted the other day), I'd be very surprised if there were no drivers already installed so I'm quite confused now.

Have you tried older drivers, you may be better using driver sweeper first in case some remnants of a previous driver are screwing things up.

Done all the driver sweeping and tw cleaner stuff a million times already and it still gets stuck on the starting windows screen and I had to do a clean install of the os

Try giving PCS a call, it may just be an OS or driver issue, which I'm assuming it is since I'm assuming it did work before you tried to install the graphics drivers.

From what you describe,i think there might be a problem with the CPU fan, or the CPU itself.
Best call tech support again on monday, you may need an RMA.

Rang them earlier today, turns out the BIOS was reset in transit, causing a whole multitude of problems, the fan issue was fixed, and so was the problem with the graphics card drivers. Then Windows did an update and it was stuck at the dreaded 'Starting Windows' screen again so I reinstalled and now I'm back to square 1

Looks like one of the graphics cards is faulty! As soon as I took it out and reinstalled windows for the millionth time, the drivers actually installed correctly, had an awesome day playing the Witcher 2 despite my GCSE Statistics test being tommorow :)
