So. As the other thread, I mentioned about case fans, turned in an reinstall windows thread (and thankfully resolved, thank you mods!)
I thought I would tackle other 'issues' one at a time.
1. Case Fans.
I have the below build and using a little DB app on my phone, most of the noise from the build is coming from the two case fans, rather than the cooler fans. Spydertracks kindly recommended downloading and using AI Suite. However - The difference between 'silent mode' and the standard mode was zero change in fan speed.

So what are my options? Can I simply config them to remain off unless the case gets to x degrees? Or, do I simply buy some new case fans (not ideal, but if it's going to annoy me, and I can't turn them off during study time, then I don't mind ....)

I am coming from using 'modern' zero noise laptops (unless gaming, when the fans kick in, and LOUD). Which when I am studying, it perfect. So whilst the PC is probably quiet for most, the case fans are too loud when studying (the GPU fans don't kick in until 50, which isn't a problem when reading text )So what are my options? Can I simply config them to remain off unless the case gets to x degrees? Or, do I simply buy some new case fans (not ideal, but if it's going to annoy me, and I can't turn them off during study time, then I don't mind
