Change address

So is anyone experienced with DPD? I maybe want to change the address but I personally won't accept it at that location. I'm just searching for solutions in this question. Got any tips ? Experiences?

It's already been dispatched but I'll recieve it by 6th because PCS didn't ship it by monday.

I can't remember if with DPD the instruction has to come from the dispatcher if the change is to a different postcode. Might be worth asking PCS if they can change it there end if DPD won't change it for you. Failing that you can always pick it up from them if you miss the delivery.
