Change Delivery Address

Hey,

Yesterday I broke up with my girlfriend and moved out of our apartment.

The PC is getting delivered to that address and I nobody is going to be there or someone else may move in and steal it.

I rang PC Specialist and they said they can’t do anything because it’s on Finance. I haven’t rang Hitachi finance yet as it’s bank holiday today in the UK and their closed.

Im hoping I can change it otherwise I’ve just wasted £1400

I wouldnt know how to change the delivery address but you could cancel the order and then reorder it a few hours later and send it to your new house.

I would ring Hitatchi, I think its one of their rules that the product cant be delivered to a different address - probably so they can come and collect if you don't keep up your payments.
I would hope they have a process for circumstances like change of address due to moving house (for whatever reason)

Once you've got your DPD tracking number you can go on the DPD site and change it there

I don't think you can change the address for the PC, it will only be delivered to the account address, you can't even have it left with a neighbour due to the value of it.
