Changed FPS limiter. Can't find it again

I've been trying to find out where I changed my FPS limiter and I cannot find it again. It's driving my insane.

Changed the fps in Radeon Settings (the new look), and it makes no difference. I used to get 120fps on one game, and I only get 60fps since I changed it to that.

I changed it during the weekend. I wish I wrote down where/how I changed it.

Does anyone have any ideas where the setting is, or where I can try looking?

Disable Vsync in game and/or in radeon settings.

I haven't changed Vsync in any game.

Edit: It's worked. Thanks. I wouldn't mind looking to see how I limited it though.
