I have questions

Does anyone have any suggestions or spot any flaws? The pc is solely to game so maybe I'm over killing it?

Is there a big difference between overclocked PC's and normal ones and if so will I need it to play games like CoD and WoW?

Should I save money and go for a non-Overclocked PC and Change PSU/Case?

Is the water cooler I have better at cooling the the extreme heatpipe?

All looks good to me!

There's not a huge difference, but normally a noticeable difference, between a standard and OC'd CPU. They're usually 10% - 20% faster. For tasks that only take 1-2 seconds to complete though, you may not notice the difference.

The downside to OC'd CPU's is the lifespan can sometimes be decreased, but providing you look after your computer and keep it sufficiently cooled, there should be no problems.

In my opinion, the Eco is the better cooler than the Fenrir, but the difference is not huge, maybe a few degrees that's all.

Now I've had a look at the price difference I'm kinda swayed towards the above I've got a bigger PSU, kept the kingston ram and advanced cooler for future overclocking, easily add another GTX470 if the case is big enough because my PSU is bigger? an a free item ! but is it going to be as good as what I was orginally speced?

but with this I have a lesser Graphics card I think?! an no ASUS® CROSSHAIR IV FORMULA: DDR3, USB 3.0, SATA 6.0Gb/s, R.O GAMERS for future OC?

The Antec 902 is a good case but the T900 will keep the hardware cool as well so it's still a good case. There shouldn't be a problem fitting a second GTX470 in the T900, it should perform just as well in most games if not better in others. I'd rather have a HD6870 because it's quieter, cooler, consumes less power and performs similarly but the build looks good overall.

Pheonix which of the 4 would you recommend me to choose

I've taken overclocking out of the picture by choosing the cheaper ram, I like the idea of liquid cooling but will it make much difference to a non-overclocked PC?

An which card is better out of the GTX470 and the HD6870?

I'd go with the second build but I'd change the CPU cooler to the titan fenrir (the COOLIT ECO is quieter but it doesn't perform as well) and change the power supply to a TX750.

Yeah for pure performance, but I'd change the power supply to the TX750 unless you really want that extra power for something.

Cool yeh I thought I might need a bigger PSU but I just did the same spec with a SSD and 2 more 2TB hard drives and another Gcard and 4gig more ram and it's fine with 750W so I will be changing it to the OC'd one with the 750Watt PSU thanks you very much phoenix!
