charging the Spare Battery Pack.now after 10months

My brother brought a laptop from PCspecialist last dec,
Chassis & Display Octane Series: 15.6" Matte Full HD IPS LED Widescreen (1920x1080)

with windows 10 OS.

after using 06 months,came up an error when booting up the laptop,"Reboot and select proper media or insert bootable device, and press a key." so i sent it back to repair with all the equipmnts,except the One Spare Battery Pack.now after 10months,laptop has return.so all i wanna know,is it ok to plug that spare battery to charrge it again.

If the battery has sat unused it won't cause any damage. I would advise leaving the battery on charge for 24 hours with the laptop unused during that period to be sure the battery gets fully charged.
