Check my spec - new gaming rig, advice welcome

Hi everybody.

I'm about to buy a new rig. I play a lot of Total War interspersed with FPS RPGs. Entirely solo atm. I'd welcome your opinion on the following spec, in particular:
  1. Are there any obvious deficiencies?
  2. Is there anything that is obviously letting the rest of the system down?
  3. Is there anything that's massively OP compared to the other components.
One more thing. My current rig is nine years old and I'd like this to last a similar time. I'll have to replace the odd component but overall does this look future-proof to you?

All views welcome!
