For your budget I would suggest the GTX 970 and dropping the ssd. You could add one later on.

Perhaps consider the below. I've reallocated budget away from the expensive large capacity SSD to other components (mobo, ram, cpu, psu) to give a somewhat better base for the PC that would give a bit better performance in games and more upgrade options in the future. SSDs help loading times but not FPS, and they're easy to add yourself as a DIY upgrade, so I'd recommend leaving the SSD as a future treat. I've also changed the monitor to an IPS panel for better colours.

Also note that new GPUs are coming out very soon which may affect the pricing of existing models. The GTX 960 is a capable mid-range card, but will struggle with more demanding games on higher settings at 1080p so you may consider waiting for the new models to come out and prices of older cards to potentially come down.

Edit: I started this post before Keynes posted theirs. What I would say is that a GTX 970 is much more powerful than a 960, but that if you are considering buying a PC with a 970 as it is soon getting replaced by the 1070 you might want to hold off and see if prices are better. That saving might let you get a better chipset with DDR4, better CPU, etc.

That is a wireless card, so if you know you won't be connecting to your internet wirelessly you can remove it.

Thanks for the build, yeah looks like il take the SSD switch advice and yeah i understand these new GPU's will be coming soon, probably a bad time on my part to be getting a new PC if these current GPU's have a chance to drop in price, think it would be a good idea to wait to see that happens.
