You'll want a better case to support better GPUs

Buying a cheapo case and then putting an £80 liquid cooler in it is very unbalanced

Instead of the R7 2700 go with the R5 3600. The multithreaded performance is similar or better, despite the fewer cores, and the single threaded performance is far higher. You can get at the 3600 here:
