CMOS question

Just being lazy and asking here to save time searching elsewhere. Has anyone changed their CMOS battery on an Octane? I am getting a warning so will be putting a new one in and wondered if I can get to it by just taking the back off or whether much more work will be done. It is due a clean out and, possibly re-paste anyway so not too fussed about having to take it apart.
