Comment/Suggestion for the Specification. Optimus 13.3"

actually i want to add another msata ssd, but there is only 120 gb in the configuration. Is there any chance for me to request from PCS to get another size/brand for the msata ssd ? and can i add 2 msata ? is it possible ?
and is it okay if i ordered without OS installed, is there will be problem if i installed me myself later ?

do i need silver warranty ? Is the warranty also aplied outside UK ? because i live in Tilburg. Netherlands.

any comments and suggestion will be very appreciate so i have more willingness to buy this notebook.

What are you planning to use it for? The warranty will be valid but you need to pay for shipping cost if you need to send it back to PCS so you wouldn't benefit from silver warranty.

thank you for your reply, i need it for my daily use in university (rare use) and gaming at home (oftenly). Although for daily use in university i have another portable notebook, so this build maybe more for daily gaming after study .

so what do you think ?

The i7-4700mq is still a good choice for your intended use and the SSD seems overkill. You can probably get a better gaming laptop if you get a smaller SSD or a standard hdd.

Yap, understood, so i have to downgrade the Proc to 4700 and lower the size of SSD (maybe 512 samsung pro?)

and what about my other question ? adding 2 msata ? is it possible ? and will i have trouble if installed OS myself (win 8 pro) ?

You should have no problems installing your own OS, PCS will install an unregistered OS (not sure whether it'll be Win7 or Win8) to test it, but you can just install your own OS with no problems.

that is relief to know that i can installed it myself. I just read that Optimus V have trouble with the heat ? it that true ?
