Controller for laptop

Now i'm getting a decent laptop - it's about time I got myself a decent controller to go with it.

I have a PS3 and have been told that I can link that up to it, using a bit of software (forget what its called now) - but I've tried that i the past, and it's just not the same as when using it on the PS3...

So... Are there any good, but reasonably priced, controllers out there??

I still use a wired Xbox 360 Controller. Never had any issues with it in the past! =]

The ds3 tool for ps3 controllers? I've never been able to get it to work haha! You're best bet is probably an x-box controller, hopefully they are reliable?

I use my PS3 controller with a program called MotionJoy for pretty much anything that's not an FPS. Not come across any problems so far (except games that don't like controllers full stop anyway).

I have this controller for the PC which works a charm.

Looking on amazon there are a few PS3-similar controllers if you're really into them.

The MotioninJoy (DS3 Tool) is what you use to link your PS3 remote, I had trouble with it in the past but now days it works fine, all you need to do is set it to be a 360 Controller and it'l work fine with any game that already has controller support.
