Pricey set up :D (Always good!)

Although the Alienware monitor will only work with an Alienware PC, as all other PCs simply kick any attached Alienware components in the nads and run away!

Yes it does. If you want the OS to be installed on the ssd you should have it as primary drive.

Memory - 1st Hard Disk
1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1002FAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)

Change to: 120GB OCZ VERTEX 3 SERIES SSD, SATA 6 Gb/s (upto 550MB/sR | 500MB/sW)

2nd Hard Disk
120GB OCZ VERTEX 3 SERIES SSD, SATA 6 Gb/s (upto 550MB/sR | 500MB/sW)

Change to: 1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1002FAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)
