1.) Are all these parts currently in stock?
2.) What is the current lead time if I ordered this (I know it says 5-7 but I see builds can very well take a couple of weeks)
3.) If I choose to fast track it to 5 days, does this actually mean it is guaranteed to be within 5 days or does it just bring the estimate down slightly?

If you fast track it, it should be dispatched within 5 days (note: dispatched, not delivered, since PCS can't do anything about delivery times), if it is not you get the fast track money back - but I believe the vast majority of fast tracks go out in that time limit.
It will only let you choose fast track if everything is in stock, so if you can choose fast track you can tell everything is in stock

Cheers, ended up ordering last night and opting for the 3 day fast track so will hopefully get it in time for the weekend! Will see how it goes.

Well I have to say I am impressed. For anyone who wants to get their pc/laptop in a hurry, I'd recommend the FAST Track option.

I went for the 3 day fast track. Ordered late Monday night (so 1st working day was Tuesday), it was built and dispatched by Thursday and delivered Friday. They even rung me up about having to make an amendment (adding in a dvd drive as they do not have any side covers if one isn't selected).
