Cracked Display - Lafité Pro Series: 15.6"

I had my laptop dispatched on 1st November 2023, so it’s not too old. It has a fair bit of use in that time, but unfortunately a few days ago I turned it on an the display had a crack and therefore it is unusable, the standard coloured and black lines everywhere, barely seeing what should be showing. I can see the signs of a crack, which I have no idea how it happened, but I take responsibility for it. I just want to know if this is something that can be replaced and the rough costs to do so. I’m not at home at the moment, can post a picture tomorrow, as I’m sure this will make it easier to diagnose. However, it works fine plugged into an external screen/TV, so is definitely a physical issue with the display/screen itself. Also, there is no visible crack or anything you can feel, so must be underneath.

Your best bet is to contact PCS, either via phone or live chat. This is a community run forum, so none of us actually work for them.
