Your best bet is to look are other places where PC's are being sold and estimate from that (noting that you're not allowed to sell on these forums).
Though one thing to note is that unfortunately you will get a lot less than what you paid for it, 2nd hand PCs don't keep their price.

Just trying to get an idea of what it's currently worth, do like the look of the new Alienware Aurora Ryzen Editions

What does your current PC not do, or not do well, that you want a new PC to do for you? That's where you should be starting from. :)

Start Up is really slow and takes about 20mins to get to a point where i can open programs and run games, all drivers are up to date and Windows is up to date as well. HDD seems to be running at 100% all the time even when I’m not doing anything on it.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, was thinking of getting an SSD and booting Windows from that and reformatting the HDD.
Also it is a PCS build.

Likely a Windows problem. I would reinstall windows. Obviously it would be quicker on an SSD but the HDD should be fine,

It’s 3yrs old and reinstalled Windows 6 months a go and problem persisted, think SSD is going to be a definite purchase just need to find a good one, worth changing the HDD?

Well, yes HDD should be fine but to have an i7 and a 1080 in a PC that's running everything save don a regular spinning hard drive is heresy. Put a bloomin' 500Gb m2 SSD in there RIGHT now, reinstall windows, start from scratch and that beast will purr.

Can’t argue with that reply, any recommendations on which SSD to go for?

Yes, exactly, although leave formatting your HDD until after you've installed windows on the SSD.
