I think blood makes it automatically a 15, but may be wrong. These ratings are pretty pointless anyway, its not like the parents don't buy it for them anyway.

Agreed, its also very easy to purchase from the likes of Amazon/Steam etc. simply by telling a wee fib about your age. No real age verification is implemented by Steam/etc. as far as I can see.

The honour system doesn't really work on the internet.
