This is my first thread here, found this website through Googling. After some researches this company finally convinced me! I would like to have some feedback from the specs I am about to post.
I am a computer engineer (almost, few months between me and the Master degree :smartass: ) so my main use will be developing and browsing. I'm planning to have a dual boot (Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10) so I hope the M.2 NVMe from Samsung is compatible with Ubuntu distributions.
I also use the PC to watch tv series and movies. Gaming sometimes (I am not a hardcore gamer). When I travel I watch movies, so it would be nice if the battery could lasts at least around 4 hours (of course with radio signals off). I also like to carry the PC with me, I come from a MacBook Pro 13" (quite afraid to skip back to Windows
) that weights 2Kg, I think 2,5Kg won't make a big difference (we are not talking about carrying a 3-4 Kg laptop ).
Regarding the warranty, PC Specialist told me they are extending the "Collect and Return" service to different European countries, but when I try to buy the product, the website still says "keep in mind that this service works only on UK territory". Does anybody who recently bought a product know something about it?
The specs can be found in the attachment. I would really like to have a laptop with last generation stuff (like Skylake, DDR4...), indeed, first PC ever with a graphic card.
