Defiance II temps

Ok, so last night I downloaded a HW monitoring tool. After some heavy ark session I tab out to look at temps. CPU had got to around 67oC and GPU got to 68oC do these sort of temps sound ok?? I have a cooling pad etc.

I have a i7 6700 HQ and. GTX 980M.
