Hello,
I am just wondering if anyone has had this issue before i box up the laptop at send it back to PCS.
So, basically random keys will stop working on my keyboard from time to time, examples are W, the CTRL key, some of the keys on the numpad (not the ones that run across the top of the keyboard).
Its very odd, as i dont think its hardware (ironically the W stopped working as i was trying to type hardware lol) i think its more maybe software based, as i dont have to particularly press the keys hard to get them working again, its very strange.
Any ideas?? as it makes gaming very difficult when i cant move forward.
My concern is, i send the laptop back to PCS and they cant fault it, so just return it, and i want it sorting.
Would contact cleaner possibly help??
Thanks
Matt
