Personally, I wouldn’t want to go any lower than the spec below. Whilst the games you’re running could probably run on a potato this is just wee bit better balanced and would allow you to play something a little more demanding, if the mood struck.
I also wouldn’t go with that case, it looks like Darth Vader’s condom machine and it’s not known for good airflow. I’d go for the send your own case option and get the Fractal Focus G, which is one of the few cases that you’d be able to slot your Blu-ray drive into and it’s among the best budget cases out there. Can be picked up for around fifty of your Earth pounds.

The Lian Li Lancool II and the Corsair 4000D are both excellent choices. The 4000D has no RGB whatsoever and the Lancool II has minimal amounts… which can be switched off altogether. No extra fans would be required, they’d both have you sorted for thermals.
You could always pick up a portable, USB powered Blu-ray drive at a later date if you find that you’re missing having one.
